CANCER PREVENTION
There is not one cause of cancer; cancer can be prevented through diet, supplements, cleansing, emotional healing, exercise and an all around lifestyle change.
 
You must address the diet by cutting back on sugars, white flour and bad fats; sugar feeds the cancer cells.  Eating more fruits and vegetables is a must, as they provide the Phytochemicals that help your body protect itself against cancers.   Good fats, fish, flax, raw nuts and seeds, are so important to help the immune system.
 
You must exercise; exercise helps the Lymph drain.  Lymph is your toxin (garbage) drainage system.
 
You must clean up the chemicals..........take a look at the body care products you use everyday and switch to natural products.  Take a look at the cleaners you use, switch those to natural also.  Watch out for the perfumes and scents you spray, as these also contain chemicals.
 
Cleansing your body of chemicals and unhealthy emotions, is also very important.  Cancer almost always has an emotional cause.
