I have over 15 years of studying health related topics, along with numerous courses and counselling people on their health.
I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant (CNC), with a Certificate in Reflexology and I have also taken many other Wholistic Health
related courses. I have managed Health Stores and Natural Food Sections in larger stores. One of my goals has always been to simplify
health so that everyone can use and understand it. What good is all the knowledge if you cannot educate people in a way they can understand
and learn to change and better their life.
I am a public speaker on Health related topics such as: Children's Health, Senior's
Health, Cancer Prevention and more.
I am also a mother, so I have experience with Children's Health. In fact, I have written
a book on Children's Health, go to

healthy diet.
We are animals lovers and have a cat, so animal nutrition is also an area I am experienced in. It really does make
a difference what we feed our pets, as they are getting the same diseases that we humans are getting.
